Martin Kaup – Lawyer

Martin grew up on the family farm in Sturgeon County and attended Queen’s University Law School in Kingston, Ontario. He joined Eric Oddleifson to form Oddleifson & Kaup in 1992 and has practiced law in St. Albert for nearly 30 years. He prides himself on taking a practical and common sense approach to the law. 

Martin enjoys quading, watching hockey and football, and spending time with his wife and five sons. 

Martin’s practice includes Civil Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate and Wills and Estates.
