Benjamin Ferland

Ben graduated with Distinction from the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Law in 2017. He articled with a respected firm in downtown Edmonton, where he stayed on as an associate before joining Kaup Law Office in late 2021.

Born and raised in the Edmonton area, Ben is happily married with two sons. He enjoys hunting, fitness, and training his Belgian Malinois and Dutch Shepherd. He is an active member of his local church and the homeschooling community.

Ben keeps a general civil litigation practice. He is happy to assist clients with disputes concerning non-union employment, Canadian Charter/human rights, debt collections, corporate/shareholder relations, commercial transactions, and estates.
